1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "77puv," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the 77puv online gaming platform accessible at 77puv.cam, operated under a license issued or recognized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "User," "you," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77puv platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on 77puv following completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's 77puv account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Games" means all gaming products offered on 77puv including, without limitation, online slots, live casino tables, e-bingo, sports betting, and specialty games such as Money Wheel.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive issued by 77puv to a Player's account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is unlawful or where 77puv is not authorized to operate.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77puv platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms are effective as of the date last updated indicated at the top of this document. 77puv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 77puv complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 77puv does not authorize access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been legally declared incompetent are not eligible to use 77puv.

3.4 Employee Restrictions

Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of 77puv, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are prohibited from holding a Player account or participating in any games or promotions on the platform.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 77puv services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 77puv. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77puv login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. 77puv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify 77puv immediately through the live chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.

4.4 KYC Verification

77puv is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at any other point deemed necessary by the platform. You may be required to submit:

• A government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID)
• A recent selfie holding your ID
• Proof of Philippine residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77puv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment method availability may vary at 77puv's discretion and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes to reflect in your wallet. 77puv does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 77puv aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on 77puv are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion services are offered. 77puv is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate losses incurred by players using foreign-currency payment methods.

5.5 Transaction Limits

77puv reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals at any time. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on KYC status, account standing, or risk assessment outcomes. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers on 77puv are available to eligible registered players in the Philippines who meet the specific criteria stated for each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Subsequent reload bonuses and special promotions are subject to the terms of each specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds issued by 77puv are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each bonus are disclosed in the specific promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

77puv actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; employing betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk; and colluding with other players to abuse promotions. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

77puv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Existing bonus balances already credited will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of crediting, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms and the specific promotion's terms.

7 Gaming Rules & Conduct

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on 77puv are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Slot, table game, and specialty game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical outcomes of genuine casino equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under live dealer supervision. 77puv does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the integrity of a game outcome, 77puv reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any stakes placed on the voided round(s) to the player's wallet. Wins resulting from a system error will not be honored. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

77puv is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to player-side internet disconnections, device failures, or connectivity issues during active gameplay. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before engaging in real-money play.

7.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 77puv and are displayed within each game interface. 77puv reserves the right to amend betting limits at any time. For live casino tables, limits are set by the table and are visible prior to seating.

7.5 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets and odds on 77puv are offered in real-time. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system. 77puv reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, result disputes, or integrity concerns. In-play betting is subject to additional latency considerations — confirmed bets will not be voided solely due to an in-play outcome that occurred within a normal transmission window.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77puv. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without authorization
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or technical protection measure implemented by 77puv
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform or its games
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or using 77puv for any illegal financial activity
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform's software for financial gain
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payment transactions after claiming bonuses or winnings
• Abusing the Responsible Gaming tools to claim exclusion-linked benefits while continuing to play through alternate accounts

9 Responsible Gaming

77puv is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

9.2 Self-Exclusion Policy

Players who self-exclude from 77puv will be prevented from logging in and their account will be frozen for the duration of the exclusion period. Requests for early termination of a self-exclusion period will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before reinstatement.

9.4 Age Restriction Enforcement

If at any time 77puv has reason to believe a player is underage, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification, and any balances held will be frozen.

10 Suspension & Termination

10.1 77puv's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

77puv reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable 77puv policy
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals initiated by the player
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
• Direction from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or another competent regulatory authority
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months

10.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request permanent closure of their 77puv account at any time by contacting the support team through the live chat channel. Balances in the wallet at the time of closure, less any applicable processing fees disclosed at that time, will be returned to the player's verified payment method upon completion of a final KYC review.

10.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77puv will notify the player via registered email prior to applying any inactivity fee. Any remaining balance after such fee shall be preserved for the player's future use upon reactivation of the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77puv shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gaming winnings howsoever arising from your use of the platform
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their account credentials
• Interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the platform or any third-party service integrated with it
• Game outcomes determined by RNG or physical casino equipment operating as designed
• Changes to laws, regulations, or PAGCOR directives that affect the availability of services to a player
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures, or fees beyond 77puv's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits 77puv's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

77puv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the 77puv Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on 77puv, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, account management, and the delivery of personalized promotions where you have opted in.

13 Amendments to These Terms

77puv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 77puv will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon login.

Your continued use of the 77puv platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 77puv, both parties agree to attempt resolution informally by contacting 77puv's support team in the first instance. Most disputes related to account issues, transactions, or game outcomes can be resolved through direct communication with the support team within five (5) business days.

14.2 PAGCOR Dispute Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 77puv's internal process, players may escalate unresolved matters to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division, which has jurisdiction over disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed operators. Players exercising this right do not waive their right to pursue other available legal remedies.

14.3 Jurisdiction

For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
